Margaret Manifold grew up in Auburn, Alabama and was a co-ed collegiate Cheerleader at Auburn University. Her time at Auburn University taught her how to manage time, practice discipline and adapt well in all circumstances. After college she lived in DC, Tennessee and eventually landed in Austin, Texas over six years ago. Once moving to Austin there was no looking back. She loves the combination of southern hospitality and urban mindset that Austin has to offer. Although she is constantly exploring outdoors and eating tasty food her favorite thing about Austin is the people. She values the authenticity and creativity Austin offers. Margaret grew up in a large family with many different personalities and enjoys working with a variety of clients who are all incredible in their own way.

Do you work with first-time buyers?

Absolutely. I adore first time home buyers! This is such a fragile time and I want to be there to help and guide them through the process! I know how it feels.

How are your fees structured?

If you are renting, there is no fee! If I list your home for rent or for sell then the commission is negotiable. We can chat through that on the phone or at a listing appointment. If you are buying a home with me, sellers typically pay my commission.

Can you assist with out-of-state transactions?

Yes. Often times I organize and schedule everything for when you visit! If you won’t be visiting Austin before your move we can do videos and Facetimes of rentals and homes.
